The staff were helpful, breakfast was satisfactory. I loved my standard double room. The location of the hotel was central, adjacent to harbor, the center and ferry👍👍

best possible location, understanding staff, lots of food for the american breakfast. outdoor bar was good and well priced.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable, unfortunately.

Tranquil location, very well decorated room and SUPERB breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. The lagoon view was captivating. With smooth check-in and flexible check-out, this hotel was very elegant.

Breakfast is free and also stuff is kind. Las Catrinas, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Attractive and competitive value for money with location being amazing.
